See, the thing is, I love the blogging world. I love to see all of these blogs with such creative people behind them. And I love the blogs of friends who allow me into their little life and keep me updated with their families. I get excited when I see a new post on my Reader and I can quickly find out about a new baby in someone's family, or a new job. I love to see little tips for organizing and decorating, crafting and sewing.
The problem is....I am sooo not those people. As much as I would love to be super duper creative, I am just not. I steal your ideas and thats about as creative as I get. And witty....well there isn't any wittiness in this girl.
So instead of feeling like I have to compete in this creative world of blogging, I WON'T. And that's it. As my son has learned in school, "you get what you get, and you don't throw a fit." So this is what you get people, I will write "boring" stuff to let family and friends know what we have been up to and even though I have been VERY behind I am ready to start over and make a fresh start.
Get ready for a very long recap...including: 4 birthdays since the last time I blogged, Holidays, a new addition to the family and if I can find it in me maybe a little post or two of what I love to do.

And there's those of us who love to read the boring stuff too! That's the great thing about blogs...when you're far away from someone, you don't have to feel the need to constantly call, email, etc. You just post once, and then everyone knows what you've been up to!

I can't wait for a recap! I've been wondering what you've been up to. You know we just want to see pictures of your kids, see them grow, and see Sam make a bunch of more cakes. =o) Hope you're doing great!

We all have our own reasons for blogging & yours is just as good as any of them. And we like to hear about your goings on; it doesn't matter how often or how you say it.
Can't wait to read the update and see the photos. Any update is better than no update at all and when I've never met your cute kids - I love to read all about them and know we're having similar experiences. My blog is my journal so if anyone is bored by it....don't read it. :)
But know there are plenty of us who want to know all about your daily life - even if it's potty training, poopy diapers and endless piles of laundry!
