Baby Blessing

One week after Jackson was born we headed to our church to have him blessed.  I wouldn't normally bless him so early but I wanted my parents and my in-laws to be there for the occasion.  Plus when you birth a baby that's the size of a 2 month old it doesn't seem as weird! 

Sam gave the blessing and my Dad, my Father-in law, Bishop Huey, Brother Pence and Brother Teska all participated in the circle.  Sam gave a wonderful blessing, I am so glad that he is worthy and honors his Priesthood.

One of my friends from St. Louis gave me this beautiful white blanket that she bought when she was in Jerusalem, such a wonderful gift.

 We tried and tried to get a family picture outside the church, but you'll see below that it wasn't very successful.  At least you can kinda get an idea of who was there and what everyone looked like at the time.
